Regulation 87 Application Deemed Complete
Last week, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Water Quality Control Division (WQCD) sent out a public notice that Aurora Water’s Individual Authorization application for the proposed Wild Horse Reservoir is now complete. The completeness determination is a procedural finding and does not represent a decision on the project itself.
